All items are made-to-order, requiring time to be crafted with care. Our current production timelines are as follows:

Veils, jewelry, toppers: 2-4 weeks
Tops, bottoms: 6 - 8 weeks
Dresses, outerwear: 8 - 12 weeks

Looking for a different length, fabric, or a slight hem adjustment? Reach out with your request - we’re happy to explore custom options and see if we can make it happen for you.

We offer rush production options for an additional fee. You’d be surprised how quickly we can turn things around. If you need expedited production, please contact us directly at wearetempete@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. We understand that things can often happen last minute, so we've got you covered.

You can receive a full refund if cancellation is initiated within 24-hours window of order placement. Any cancellations after the 24-hours are non-refundable. To cancel an order placed, please contact us.

We offer exchanges or store credit within a 10-day window from the delivery date, provided the items remain in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition. All veils, jewelry, and accessories are final sale.

Please take care when trying on at home, we cannot be held responsible for damages, odor or soil spots that may occur due to make-up, deodorants, lotions, self tanner, dirt, food/drink, cigarette, body or food odors, etc. Returns are subject to denial if they are not in the original condition and will be sent back to the customer.

International Customers outside of Canada (including the US) may face additional duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

For customers in the United States, additional duties and taxes may apply if orders exceed $800 USD. This is the responsibility of the customer. However, since our goods are manufactured within Canada, there should be no additional fees within this threshold. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Customers within Canada will not be charged additional duties and taxes.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For international orders, any fees we inherit resulting from: abandoned orders, return to sender/refusal, or improper filing when making a return will be deducted from your refund.
