Returns & Exchanges

At TEMPÊTE, every piece is thoughtfully designed and made to order in Canada. Because each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order products.

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

All made-to-order and custom items are final sale.

Once production has begun, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds.

Sample Sale

All Sample Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, production may have already begun and cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to complete and dispatch orders within our stated production timeline, delivery is handled by third-party shipping carriers.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by TEMPÊTE.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs processing, transportation disruptions, carrier operational issues, postal strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Because all TEMPÊTE pieces are made to order or custom made, shipping delays do not qualify an order for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Many of our pieces are created for weddings and other special occasions. While we understand the importance of these events, TEMPÊTE cannot accept responsibility for missed wedding or event dates, or for any consequential losses arising from shipping delays beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@tempetebrand.com and include your order number along with photos of the issue. We'll review your request and work with you to find the best possible solution.
