Returns & Exchanges

At TEMPÊTE, our pieces are thoughtfully designed and made in Canada. Most of our veils and accessories are made to order, allowing us to create each piece with care.

Exchanges

Full-price, non-custom items are eligible for a one-time exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please contact us for authorization before sending your item back. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange:

• Sale Items
• Sample Sale pieces

If you're unsure about a style, timing, or which piece is right for you, we're always happy to help before you place your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to ship orders within the stated production timeline. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may be affected by customs, weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping delays do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

We recommend ordering with enough time before your wedding or event to allow for production, delivery, and any necessary exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@tempetebrand.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your request and work with you to find the best possible solution.
