Eligibility for Exchanges or Store Credit
- Exchanges or store credit are offered within a 10-day window from the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all original packaging included.
- All veils, jewelry, and accessories are final sale.
Final Sale Items
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are final sale.
Care When Trying On
Please take care when trying on your items, as we cannot accept returns for items with:
- Makeup, deodorant, lotion, or self-tanner stains.
- Dirt, food/drink marks, cigarette odors, or body odors.
Items not meeting these criteria will be returned to the customer.
Return Shipping
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- For international orders, any fees incurred due to abandoned packages, return-to-sender cases, or improper filing will be deducted from the exchange/store credit amount.

Price Adjustments
- Sale prices are only valid during the promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.
- We do not offer price matching or adjustments on items purchased before or after a sale.
