Processing Time
All items are made-to-order, requiring time to be crafted with care. Our current production timelines are as follows:
- Veils, Jewelry, and Accessories: 2-4 weeks
- Tops, Capes: 4 weeks
- Bottoms: 6 weeks
- Dresses, Outerwear: 8 weeks
Shipping Options
We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Shipping times vary based on location and selected service. Please note that shipping time is in addition to production time.
Shipping Delays
- Unexpected delays, such as postal strikes or customs processing, may impact delivery times.
- We recommend placing your order well in advance of your required date to ensure timely delivery.
Responsibility for Timing
It is the responsibility of the customer to review our production timelines and shipping estimates before placing an order. We cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates unless explicitly arranged and confirmed in writing with our team.
Late Delivery
In the event that an order arrives after your wedding or event, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for made-to-order items. However, many of our pieces are versatile and can be used for other special occasions or gifted to loved ones.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.
International Orders
Customs duties, taxes, and fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
