As all TEMPÊTE pieces are thoughtfully made to order in Canada, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on made-to-order, custom, or Sample Sale items.

We provide international shipping to various countries, such as the UK, US, France, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, and more.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD to Canada and the United States.

For orders below $150 CAD, as well as international destinations, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Expedited and express shipping options are also available.

Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to customs duties or import fees.

For most orders shipped to the United States, our Canadian-made products qualify for preferential treatment under the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA/USMCA), meaning duties generally do not apply.
