At this time, we do not offer customization or alteration services. However, we do offer a variety of sizes and styles to accommodate a range of body types and preferences. You can receive a full refund if cancellation is initiated within 48-hours window of order placement. Any cancellations after the 48-hours are non-refundable. To cancel an order placed, please contact us.

We offer exchanges or store credit within a 10-day window from the delivery date, provided the items remain in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition. All veils, jewelry, and accessories are final sale.

Please take care when trying on at home, we cannot be held responsible for damages, odor or soil spots that may occur due to make-up, deodorants, lotions, self tanner, dirt, food/drink, cigarette, body or food odors, etc. Returns are subject to denial if they are not in the original condition and will be sent back to the customer.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For international orders, any fees we inherit resulting from: abandoned orders, return to sender/refusal, or improper filing when making a return will be deducted from your refund.

We provide international shipping to various countries, such as the UK, US, France, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, and more. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

We offer standard complimentary shipping to US and Canada only. For international orders shipping options are available at the checkout.

International Customers outside of Canada (including the US) may face additional duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

For customers in the United States, additional duties and taxes may apply if orders exceed $800 USD. This is the responsibility of the customer. However, since our goods are manufactured within Canada, there should be no additional fees within this threshold. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
