We offer exchanges or store credit within a 10-day window from the delivery date, provided the items remain in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition.

Please take care when trying on at home, we cannot be held responsible for damages, odor or soil spots that may occur due to make-up, deodorants, lotions, self tanner, dirt, food/drink, cigarette, body or food odors, etc. Returns are subject to denial if they are not in the original condition and will be sent back to the customer.

Please note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For international orders, any fees we inherit resulting from: abandoned orders, return to sender/refusal, or improper filing when making a return will be deducted from your refund.
