Returns

We offer exchanges or store credit within a 10-day window from the delivery date, provided the items remain in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition. All veils, jewelry, and accessories are final sale.

Please take care when trying on at home, we cannot be held responsible for damages, odor or soil spots that may occur.*

*Soiled spots and odor include but not limited to: make-up, deodorants, lotions, self tanner, dirt, food/drink, cigarette, body or food odors, etc. Returns are subject to denial if they are not in the original condition and will be sent back to the customer.

Please note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For international orders, any fees we inherit resulting from: abandoned orders, return to sender/refusal, or improper filing when making a return will be deducted from your refund.

Order Tracking Information

Once you've placed your order, we will do everything we can to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout, and we offer tracking options for all shipping methods, so you can easily monitor the progress of your shipment. If you need your order shipped to a different address, please let us know in the 'Special Instructions' box during checkout or by emailing us directly.

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and will be displayed during the check-out process. 

Taxes & Duties

We believe in being transparent about our pricing and policies. Please note that prices displayed on our website do not include taxes or duties. Sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed on the Order Summary Page during checkout. For international orders, sales tax will not be applied, but duties and fees may be assessed by your local customs department upon arrival.
